So I tried out a beta test of moblin.
I got to say its interesting idea, I like the way the OS actually thinks it should work. While it doesn't work the way it wants to, if it does the OS will be great.
I put it on my dell mini 9. I could not install packages (installs via yum but all the package signatures were bad)
X11 left a lot of artifacts on the display.
No sshd :(
I couldn't mount any remote file system.
Couldn't playing anything from last.fm
I could tweet, but could not see the full line of what I was typing :)
No wireless and no way to turn it on.
Any who, I'll keep my eyes on this OS.
